Fight the daily stress with meditation

Beside all of the advantages of modern life there are other results caused by this  type of life which are not so pleasant , Meditation might have the solution  to all of this mental morbidity




Adrenaline is one of the hundreds of hormones which our body produce in different situations.This hormone did the human race a great favor by boosting the metabolism of body to help the primitive human to hunt , and be quick enough to escape from being hunted by wild animals but the problem is your body nervous system respond the same way as a fight or flight situation while you caught in a traffic seating in your car without any physical activity and "stress" is what you feel as a result
In now a days life people face these "Adrenaline situations" 2 or 3 times a day that brings the humanity lots of serious mental disorientations
meditation is one of the best ways in modern life to get back our dominance to our feelings and mental focus ,  faraway from stress
 among all of the reasons you can have to travel to other countries  , retrieval of mind health can be the best , spend only one week of your vacation to take part in meditation international courses or local Buddhist temples in Thailand , India etc.
by the way there are many types of meditations with different descriptions , but no matter if you sit in silence,sing mantras , read a book or walk in nature , all of these activates can be your type of meditation as long as make you feel peace and calm  
there is a Chinese proverb who says if you want to be happy for one day
 go to a party , if you want to be happy for one year , go to travel but if you want to be happy for ever , go to fishing
